Yoga Pranayama immersion course

Commencing in April 2026, this is an in depth course into the practice of working with the breath and Yoga Pranayama – full details and dates below.

Efficient breathing is key to enhancing overall health and wellbeing. In the Yoga tradition this has been known for thousands of years and Pranayama is the main practice for spiritual development. When practiced in a step by step way it yields the most beneficial results and brings about inner change. In modern times there is rarely time to focus fully on Pranayama in posture orientated Yoga classes due to time restraints.

When mastered Pranayama enables us to harness the underlying energy (Prana), resulting in true vitality.
