Welcome to my site, I’ve been practicing and teaching Yoga for over 18 years in the Newcastle upon Tyne area and offer classes for all levels including:

Beginners – for those with no experience, open to everyone.
Improvers – some previous experience.
Intermediate – established practitioners.
Specific workshops and retreats.
Hosting workshops with visiting teachers.

The Yoga posture practice I teach is based on the Vinyasa approach which is the integration of mind, body and breath in a step by step way which can be adapted to all levels. My beginners 6 week courses run all year round and are aimed at those with no previous experience and are a great place to start giving a solid foundation to build on. I also offer traditional Thai massage treatments which is a great therapy for health and well being and you can find out more in the Thai massage section. If you wish to give someone a gift I also have vouchers in which you buy a specific treatment or a Yoga course or classes.

Yoga is a journey to better health, reduced stress and to learn more about yourself and brings numerous benefits on many levels from the physical to the most subtle and the postural side of Yoga is an ideal starting point to help busy lifestyles. I am also available for one to ones, small private groups, workshops and corporate work, please call or email for any further information.
