Welcome to my site! I’ve been practicing and teaching Yoga for over 17 years in the Newcastle upon Tyne area and offer classes for all levels including:
Beginners Yoga – for those with no experience, open to everyone.
Improvers Yoga – some experience.
Intermediate Yoga – established practitioners.
Yoga workshops and retreats.
Hosting workshops with visiting teachers.
The Yoga posture practice I teach is based on the Vinyasa approach which is the integration of mind, body and breath in a step by step way which can be adapted to all levels. My beginners 6 week Yoga courses run all year round and are aimed at those with no previous experience and are a great place to start giving a solid foundation to build on. The next courses start on Monday 27th & Tuesday 28th February and bookings are now being taken, you can find full details in the classes section.
I also offer traditional Thai massage treatments which is a great therapy for health and well being. Yoga is a journey to better health, reduced stress and to learn more about yourself and brings numerous benefits on many levels from the physical to the most subtle and the postural side of Yoga is an ideal starting point to help busy lifestyles.
