I offer Yoga classes for all levels from absolute beginners to experienced within Newcastle upon Tyne and traditional Thai massage treatments, sometimes known as Thai Yoga Massage. The Yoga posture practice is based on the Vinyasa approach which is the integration of mind, body and breath in a step by step way which can be adapted to all levels.
My beginners 6 week Yoga courses run all year round and are aimed at those with no previous experience and are a great place to start giving a solid foundation to build on. The next courses start on Tuesday 3rd May & Monday 1st June and you can find full details in the classes section.
Yoga is a journey to better health, reduced stress and to learn more about yourself and brings numerous benefits on many levels from the physical to the most subtle and the postural side of Yoga is an ideal starting point to help busy lifestyles.
